Leif was in love with my sister's wedding cake so I told him we would try to recreate it while we still had the taste in our mouths. Its a spin on angel food cake with almond frosting. Me and my dad made a test angel food cake so we could compare. Angel food cake is not easy to make. The cake turned out prefect. Light and fluffy. Leif said it had the taste of the cake but not the texture. I think we need more flour in the batter to make it more cakey. Now we just have to wait until we finish this cake and I will make a different one. Who wants cake, we should have plenty
