We are on day three of our little fast and its going great so far. Our food choices might be a little smaller than we are use to but we are making the most of it. Last night I had a strawberry spinach salad with pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds. It was sooo good and good for me. The fast is already a great diet, we have both lost 3 lbs in 3 days and we get to eat all day. Its only fruits and vegetables but still to snack all day and still lose 3 lbs is really cool. Today I get hummus and carrots for my snack and I can't wait to eat it. I'm trying new things with this fast and feeling wonderful about it. New healthy things that I like. I think even after the fast we will pick a couple days a month to eat vegan so we can keep the weight off.
